I grew up in Jersey and spent a lot of time at the different beaches whatever the weather. This view is from a headland of the adjacent bay, St.Brelades. The water here is very clear and with offshore winds will attract the surfers. The day was cold but sunny with low winter sun that created a bold reflective colours in the water, almost blinding to look at. The movement of the surf and the glistening water after the break of a wave. The sand was still wet. It was Christmas Eve 2016.
